- Why do I buy the alcohol?
- Because it saves you money and keeps the licensing clean. You buy at retail instead of paying a vendor markup, you keep what nobody drinks, and Andrew tells you exactly how much to get for your headcount.
- What does “starting at” actually mean?
- The listed price covers the hours and crew shown for a standard event inside the service area. Travel beyond it, unusual load-in, or a longer night moves the number, and you see that number before you commit to anything.
- Can I mix tiers?
- Yes. Every package is customizable. Six hours with one bartender, four hours with three, a server but no second bartender. Say what the night needs and it gets quoted that way.
- What is the glassware upgrade?
- Every package ships with disposable cups, picks, straws and napkins. If you want real glass in your guests' hands, that is an optional upgrade to premium glassware, quoted with your package.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Weekends in season go first. If you have a date, send it now even if the details are loose. Holding the date costs you nothing and the menu can be built later.
