Guest counts are the standard one-bartender-per-fifty rule of thumb, not a cap. Tell Andrew the headcount and he will say what it needs.

I’m Andrew. Eight years behind bars, and now a bar that travels. I’ve run everything from a twenty-person backyard evening to a sixty-person corporate night, and the job is the same either way: know the room, build the menu around it, and keep the line short.
Menus get written for the event, not pulled off a shelf. Season, taste, occasion, what your people actually drink. If you want one signature cocktail named for the couple, that is the easiest yes I’ll give all year.
