Written forthe room.

Every event gets a menu built around it: the season, the space, and what your people actually drink. Four of these came off Andrew's own framed menus. Any of them can land on yours.

Menu board styles

Presentation only. The drink names lettered on these boards are placeholder art, not Andrew’s list. Yours carries the menu below.

The seven signatures

Every build below is exactly as it runs. Nothing here is a category name standing in for a recipe.

Valor Sour: bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, angostura bitters

Valor Sour

Bourbon, served rocks

  • Bourbon
  • Honey syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Angostura bitters

Honey instead of simple syrup, so it lands rounder and less sharp than a standard sour. Bitters pull it back dry at the finish.

Azure Bloom: london dry gin, blue curaçao, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, chilled soda

Azure Bloom

London Dry Gin, served highball

  • London dry gin
  • Blue curaçao
  • Elderflower liqueur
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Chilled soda

Elderflower takes the edge off the curaçao and the soda keeps it long, so the colour is the loudest thing about it.

Golden Hour Paloma: tequila blanco, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup

Golden Hour Paloma

Tequila Blanco, served rocks, salted rim

  • Tequila blanco
  • Grapefruit juice
  • Lime juice
  • Agave syrup

The skinny build: no soda and no cordial, just grapefruit, lime and agave, over ice with a salted rim.

Midnight Current: vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, white cranberry juice, muddled cucumber

Midnight Current

Vodka, served highball

  • Vodka
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • White cranberry juice
  • Muddled cucumber

Built long and clear. White cranberry keeps it dry where a red one would push it toward punch, and the cucumber goes in muddled.

Scarlet Tide: lightly aged white rum, blood-orange juice, hibiscus syrup, fresh lime juice, demerara syrup, orange bitters

Scarlet Tide

White Rum, served rocks

  • Lightly aged white rum
  • Blood-orange juice
  • Hibiscus syrup
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Demerara syrup
  • Orange bitters

Hibiscus and blood orange do the colour, demerara does the depth, and the lime keeps the whole thing from going sweet.

Green LIT: blanco tequila, lime juice, agave, elderflower, muddled cucumber, orange bitters

Green LIT

Blanco Tequila, served coupe

  • Blanco tequila
  • Lime juice
  • Agave
  • Elderflower
  • Muddled cucumber
  • Orange bitters

Cucumber muddled to order rather than pre-batched, elderflower behind it, and orange bitters holding the agave and the lime together.

Deepwater Margarita: blanco tequila, blue curaçao, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, orange bitters, sea salt

Deepwater Margarita

Blanco Tequila, served rocks, salted rim

  • Blanco tequila
  • Blue curaçao
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Agave nectar
  • Orange bitters
  • Sea salt

A margarita built the right way round, with curaçao carrying the orange instead of a triple sec, and sea salt on the rim.

Custom cocktails are included in every package, at every tier. Bring a flavour, a bottle you love, a drink from a trip, or a couple of names to build one around, and it goes on the framed menu with the rest.

You buy the bottles. The menu is on me.

Pick a date. Build a menu.

Send the night over and I'll come back with a list written for your guests, plus a number.
